Given an ILLEGAL is not a citizen there should be NO bail.

If Buckwheat does get himself knocked off, I'd venture to say there's a 50% chance it'll be an illegal from Mexico who does it.

You don't understand the problem. They usually don't admit they are illegal so maybe they are citizens and deserve their day in court. But bail has to be set high enough so they don't just skip town and go to some other city .
