Zackly. This isn't exactly hard to figure out except for trolls who demand to know why they aren't getting enough attention. It's cognate to the difference between "free speech" and "yelling 'FIRE' in a crowded theater" --- public safety.

It must have slipped right by the OP that the Preamble to that same Constitution explains its raison d'être as "to promote the general Welfare and secure the Blessings of Life". It does indeed go on to "Liberty" but simple math tells us there's no Liberty for the dead.

I agree the current measures are not needed but best is to comply with the orders.

But authorities should have shown a better out coming and let the pastor and members of that church to meet in that building, but prohibit them to come out until the emergency orders are taken out.

Surely those people eating delivered pizza everyday for weeks will remember forever their wrongdoing. Lol.
