This is clearly a right wing site. However, it has not always been pro-Trump. In fact, I remember it as being highly favorable of Cruz. What this piece points out is that Trump is someone who hires and cultivates people who are extremely good at what they do and how he wants them to do it.

He must've done a good job 'cause they sure got him elected. And, he's already shown signs of great picks for when he take office.
