Fact is, virtually every single man I know began Life as a healthy, happy smiling baby.

Recognizing large numbers of AA kids and teens are raised and nurtured in households headed by Single Maternal Child Caregivers, I have to ask the following question...

*Who is raising, nurturing and socializing a perfectly healthy newborn maturing into an apparent emotionally troubled teen and adult citizen largely lacking EMPATHY, Compassion and Respect for their peaceful or less fortunate neighbors?*
