Joe Biden and his democrat cronies say that the filibuster equals Jim Crow.

If so, does that make the democrat party under Trump the party of Jim Crow since they used it 314 times?

You would think that the democrats would be fearful of doing away with the filibuster if they lost power again and could not use it to stop politicians like Trump. However, I suspect that if they do away with it they will then make so wide sweeping changes that they will rig every election from here on out so they won't ever have to worry about losing power again.

That is the only reason that makes any sense to me.
