When you have evidence that Republicans altered emails.

When you have scandals starting with Bush appointees and Bush secret programs.

When you have scandals with right wingers making videos hoping to inflame foreigners by making fun of their Religion and their God.

Then the scandals miss their intended target.

Obama's so called scandals all lead back, somehow, to Republicans.

But when you have a home "groan" scandal completely manufactured by Republicans, then it's a "scandal of a different color". A "real" scandal. One actually being investigated. Because no one knows what will be found.

For instance, Darrell Issa only released partial transcripts about the IRS and partial lists because he was trying to set a stage. Not get to the bottom of the truth.
