What we have now is not immigration. Immigration laws and procedures are being ignored.

Border state governments should declare the situation criminal activity and treat it as such, and use whatever means to put an immediate end to it.

Actually birthright citizenship is the bedrock of what the 14th amendment meant to do. And it did it. The US can never again have a class of serfs
