Banners and signs may not obstruct the view of other Guests or Yankee Stadium advertising signage or be affixed to the Stadium in any manner. Banners and signs may be carried through the stands between innings only. Banners and signs may not be displayed in fair territory. Any banner or sign may be removed, at any time, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Yankees.

Honestly at a baseball game I'd hope they would do the same if someone dropped a giant BLM banner.

Politics, social agendas and so on don't belong at a sports game regardless of who or what it's about.

Sports should just be about sports and nothing else. Personal and political agendas have infiltrated every facet of our lives and it's impossible to get away from.
