USA's trade agreements are all subject to modification or termination:

All of USA's international trade agreements have clauses for mutually agreed upon modifications, and for individual nation's unilateral resigning from the agreement if mutually agreed upon modifications cannot be achieved.

USA trade agreements such as those with the WTO and the NATA are not treaties approved by a 2/3 vote of the U.S. Senate. Only a tenth of our government's international agreements and none of our trade agreements have the CONSTITUTIONAL status of “treaties”.

Not much is approved by 2/3 vote anymore. I hope the EU stands and stays strong and I do hope the UK suffers for getting out of the EU.
