At least 50 civilians were killed by a US-led coalition airstrike in al-Ghandourah village in Northern Syria. Experts state that the video of the airstrike aftermath has signs of the forbidden white phosphorus munitions used. The terrible video shows the bodies of the airstrike victims (including children) burned through by a chemical substance. Such damage may be done by phosphorus bombs and other munitions prohibited by international law.
Phosphorus munitions use is forbidden by international law, particularly by Article 1 of Protocol III on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use of Incendiary Weapons of the UN Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons, and by the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.
The world society must pay attention to this accident and take into consideration the means of war used by the US-led coalition against ISIS. The deaths of civilians cannot be justified, such mistakes and accidents (if it really was an accident) foster international terrorism and motivate it to continue and intensify its' massacres.

Jason, those bombs were dropped by Assad, according to ABC News.

What's funny about Assad dropping those bombs? I guess Hiroshima must have been hilarious to you.
