If found guilty, this guy should be facing major penalties.
What I find interesting, though, is the charge for killing an "unborn child".
Liberals have been claiming for ages that there is no such thing as an unborn child.
In their zeal to support abortion, they've claimed these unborn children are actually just "clumps of cells".
Are they wrong?
Is the US Attorney wrong in charging the man?
Is it illegal to kill a clump of cells?
Is an "unborn child" a child?
Does it become a child at a certain point, pre-birth?
Such a slippery slope.

Most jurisdictions have an extra penalty if the murder results in the death of a unborn child. In a lot of places that's enough to make it Capital Murder

The abortion movement is the same as the bris circumcision genital mutilation movement. They mutilate any babies allowed to live at that hospital. And you can't really blame the abortion circus all on the mother, either. She is not in a position to be making or enforcing any "choice" in the matter, as commonly promoted and reported in the Mainstream Media. That hospital shit is involuntary, and certainly not at the "choice" of a helpless female patient at any rate. There's almost always a father or a deadbeat dad of some sort sneaking in there with a strong motive to kill the baby to evade paying child support, and not the proud type to be passing out cigars to his buddies as the father of a legitimate son.

I will overlook the fact that conservatives have tried to cut funding to foster care and orphanages.....but to believe cutting education, Medicaid, SNAP and other benefits targeted to help children doesn't further cement the FACT that conservatives only care about fetuses up until its born....you are delusional

You seem to assume that only conservatives are pro-life. There are some pro-lifers that are consistent life ethicists. They are basically religious populists. Consistent life ethic - Wikipedia

They are against the death penalty, abortion, and euthanasia. They also tend to be anti-war. A lot of people fit this mindset, and many of them are on the left, despite having some conservative views socially. Plenty of Latinos are against abortion but in favor of significant social spending, for example.

This mindset is especially common in Europe, but it's gaining ground in parts of the US.
