What is this bike, and where can I find one?

Bieber, 25, was clad in a red Flâneur hoodie with black shorts and high-top white sneakers as he rode a bike in the luxe locale.

It has the word, "Drew" on the front fork. Looks to have balloon knobby tires, about 20" in diameter, and disc brakes. Oddly, the rider, one J. Bieber, is identified with a custom MOTORCYCLE made by Drew House (?). This bike looks ideal for my wife, who is gun-shy about bikes after falling off one a few years ago.

Stupid to put those big ass heavy tires on it.
The rolling weight will eat up that battery real quick!!!
Some 2.25's would be fine.
