Underground Abortion network.

You have 40 hours a week to work. That limit is the same the cops operate under. A finite amount of time with which to work. So how many man hours will an investigation into this sort of thing take? Hundreds? Thousands? All those hours spent chasing evidence to try and punish someone for having a simple medical procedure.

Hours spent ignoring the aforementioned murder, and rapes. Hours where Rapists aren’t caught. Murderers aren’t caught. And if you do catch a few women who had abortions in violation of the law. Then what? Convictions aren’t as likely. The probability of a hung jury is high.

And it won’t stop the pills from arriving in the mail anyway.

But let’s say you do manage to get convictions. With prison overcrowding you’ll be releasing other criminals. Violent criminals. In order to make room for the women having abortions. And those supplying the pills. Assuming you can catch them.

It is a thing called prioritizing. What is your priority?
Putting the murderers of innocent children in prison until they die, since their actions are worse than any mere rapists or robbers. As is obvious to anyone with her head on straight.

Is it a person? Can it live outside the womb?

Abortion victims are human beings.

Human beings should not be denied personhood.

Viability is irrelevant and arbitrary - they are alive and they are human beings.

Ok. So if a woman miscarries and the fetus pops out at ten weeks. Who killed the living person? According to you viability does not matter. And that means we have a murder on our hands.

The US should have a lot of women in prison. After all we have a high infant mortality rate compared to the rest of the industrialists nations.

Wow, you know NOTHING about human biology, basic science, or especially female reproductive anatomy.

Makes sense, I guess.

LOL

Derpfail.

A natural death is not any kind of homicide, let alone an intentional and malicious one.

The poster claimed it was murder. Viability did not matter. So taking her argument and running with it was the next logical step. Wasn’t it?

What happened to cause the miscarriage? Nutrition? Drugs? Poor genetic stock? A lot of reasons could contribute to a miscarriage.

Most are not really a fetus. But again you argued that viability was not an issue. So even though the Molar Pregnancy, to use one example, could never become a baby, it was a pregnancy wasn’t it?

Otherwise blaming God for it seems vindictive. The Act of God catch all for things we can’t explain or definitively define. The bad luck that strikes everyone from time to time.

Some politicians want to have miscarried fetuses subjected to postmortem exams to see if the Mother was responsible. Taking drugs for example.

So where do we draw the line? The highlighted article seems to indicate locking up women to protect the “fetus” is legal and wise.
