I agree that hospitals should be able to refuse providing non-critical care to patients who verbally or physically assault them -- but that is where I draw the line....if a person calls an Indian doctor a dirty muslim sand n*ggr (because all brown people are muslim to a racist) -- that doctor needs to suck it up and do his or her job..

Assaults on hospital staff happens here too.....even more so.....

"There is a very fundamental problem in U.S. health care that very few people speak about," he says, "and that's the violence against health care workers. Daily — literally, daily — we are exposed to violent outbursts... a poll conducted by the American College of Emergency Physicians in 2018 found nearly half of emergency physician respondents reported being physically assaulted. Therein lies the problem. One answer is obvious. The other is ambiguous. Who gets to judge which man is worthy of medical care? Who gets to arbitrarily choose which man is not?
Universal health is anything but "for all". It is restrictive, and reserved...
