Ukrainian Insurgent Army was only only one institute which fought both despots Hitler and Koba (stalin) Dzhugashvili

The role of Ukrainian nationalists was doubtful, to put it mildly. In the first years of German-Soviet war they collaborated with the Germans because they were seen as liberators. Later, when it became evident that Ukrainian state wasn't in the plans of Nazis, significant part of the nationalists got to consider Nazi Germany as an enemy.

Such disgraceful events as Volyn massacre, collaborations in killings of the Jews must be unequivocally condemned.

it was not such a thing as the solid crew of Ukrainian nationalists, Ukrainian state ideology represented many groups , fractions etc. if we talk about Bandera ´s OUN fraction, here is some information:

"
In 1941 relations between Nazi Germany and the OUN-B had soured to the point where a Nazi document dated 25 November 1941 stated that "... the Bandera Movement is preparing a revolt in the Reichskommissariat which has as its ultimate aim the establishment of an independent Ukraine. All functionaries of the Bandera Movement must be arrested at once and, after thorough interrogation, are to be liquidated...".[49] On 5 July, Bandera was transferred to Berlin. On 12 July, the prime minister of the newly formed Ukrainian National Government, Yaroslav Stetsko, was also arrested and taken to Berlin. Although released from custody on 14 July, both were required to stay in Berlin. On 15 September 1941 Bandera and leading OUN members were arrested by the Gestapo.

In January 1942, Bandera was transferred to Sachsenhausen concentration camp's special barrack for high-profile political prisoners Zellenbau.[50]"

And? This changes the fact that UPA took part in Volyn massacre and mass killings of the Jews?

1) in western Ukraine Poles were killing Ukrainians, Ukrainians were killing Poles, the numbers in favor Ukrainians simply because , the western Ukraine have always western Ukrainian landd where w Ukrainians (Rusins) have always been in MAJORITY . 1 to 10 in many places ...

2) UPA has never considered the Jews as the main enemy , but i know that WW2 in eastern Europe was a huge mess, where man with gun had more rights than unarmed man or or women. so definitely Ukrainian armed men killed civil Jews during the war , as well as armed the Jews (both, as members of commie -NKVD partisan gangs and Jewish forest partisans ) killed and robbed civilian Ukrainians , Belarusians etc. 2 examples village Drazhna, and brothers Belski
