Two Oklahoma Cops charged with murder for Tasing man to death

When you give authority to people who can't handle having it, and then insure they will not be prosecuted for abusing it, they will ultimately abuse it. It's way past time to change this.
RELAX. It was only a crazy white boy otherwise they would have SAID he was black.

No one will protest, riot, loot or take over any cities.

Lession of the story: Don't run around naked late at night then put up a fight after the police are forced to arrest your ass.

There is always the element of resisting to consider, but apparently, tasing someone for 4 minutes straight can kill them, and someone considered it an unnecessary use of force. Why would two police officers have so much trouble handcuffing one man? For there to be murder charges, it would appear to me that he was already handcuffed while being tased.

Some people are immune to tasing. Its pretty hard to handcuff someone so wired and agitated, that a taser doesn't disable you. Apparently being stupid enough to go out running around naked screaming in the dark makes you too dumb to stop fighting even after you're in the ditch naked with two cops on top of you shocking the shit out of you.

Police officers have to go through training and education before being given a badge and gun so, your assertion that they are not qualified to handle their given authority is pretty thin.

Next, your assertion that police officers don't get prosecuted is not supported by current events. We have seen multiple officers being stripped of their badges and indicted.

In most states, you can be a cop in less than 6 months straight out of high school. It takes 2 years of college to do almost any other $40 K a year entry level job. It takes less time to become a cop than to fix air conditioners.

Now that cams are everywhere and they can't get away with it anymore.

So what? Going through "training and education" doesn't mean jack shit when the cop is a sociopath and does not fear getting prosecuted. This is the foundational shift that we are all seeing take place right now, cops being prosecuted. Why should cops have "herd immunity"?

And here is something else that needs to happen: Drug testing, especially after any use of lethal force. To my knowledge cops do not undergo random drug testing like I and many others do. That also has to change.

Wow, sounds like you have just awoken from a coma, welcome back.
