(sigh)...
Tri-Tip marinated in some sorta garlic/Cajun/marinade...From a bottle Still..was VERY good. Was NOT as dry as it may look in this pic - internal temps were 125-130 deg. F...Still pink in the middle...pink in the middle = perfection.
If y'all EVER see an ElMirador, buy it.
