In the past I’ve bragged about being the only guy in the world who calls the Affordable Care Act by its real name —— HillaryCare II. That said, I have to yield to Jeffrey Lord’s superior knowledge for tagging Hillary Clinton with the right label:

Hillary Clinton is the matriarch of the disaster that Americans now scorn as Obamacare. And helpfully for opponents, she was kind enough to detail her role in this unending rolling disaster. As it were, in chapter if not verse.

Read everything you can find about HillaryCare and you will never find a more informative article than Jeffrey Lord’s.

Now, let’s go to the coverage the media is devoting to the rollout.

I’m pretty sure the pubic gets it after a million hours of talking heads talking about it. The billion dollar website doesn’t work. Every top Democrat and their stooges lied about it before the fact, and they are lying about it now. To me all of the talk about the failures sounds like a smokescreen laid down to give the liars a chance to tout the law itself.

Two Democrats who actually voted for the bill when they were in Congress were on FOX News Sunday’s panel lying through their teeth. Without blinking an eye former Senator Even Bayh said that RomneyCare is working fairly well in Massachusetts; implying that HillaryCare II will work, too. The fact is: RomneyCare is a disaster and it’s going to get a lot worse after HillaryCare II piles on.

Since Chris Wallace gave Harman and Bayh a platform he should have had the decency to ask: “Did you know that Americans would lose their doctors and their plans when you voted for the bill?” No such question was forthcoming even though it’s a safe bet that both Harman and Bayh read:

Instead of nailing two of the culprits, Wallace allowed them to spout the “Give it time” sales pitch unchallenged.

Now to the law itself.

First and foremost HillaryCare and HillaryCare II were never about insuring the uninsured. They were about forcing the uninsured to buy insurance —— along with forcing those who had insurance to pay much higher premiums and deductibles for a lot less coverage.

Forget all of the crap about the rollout along with the details in the law and stick with this:

HILLARYCARE AND HILLARYCARE II WERE INSURANCE INDUSTRY SALES CAMPAIGNS FROM DAY ONE.

Knowing where HillaryCare II originated won’t change anything, but it might help you spot the lies and the liars on television. Come 2016 it might also remind you of how Grandma Obamacare screwed you.

It si designed to benefit the HC insurance companies.

And it will, too.

Healthy and wealthy folks will buy private HC insurance and the poor will have Government insurance.

But the key is that the HC insurance companies are now getting the chance to drop all the people who are going to cost them money.

And that's exactly what they are doing, too.

I guess you did not read Jeffrey Lord’s article I linked in the OP. Socialized medicine has long been a goal of the Left. Democrats did it in partnership with the insurance industry. If you’re honest you will admit that Democrats are fascists using private sector industries the same way Hitler used them. Not only that, Democrats are blocking every attempt to rein in the insurance industry the same way Nazis blocked every attempt to rein in fascism.

Meanwhile, as auto insurance premiums continue to rise, so does the cost of collision repairs.

Body shops labor rates are increasing, and some shops charge customers for unnecessary repairs -- leaving those unable to pay involuntary pedestrians.

Bill Clinton knows better. He only wants to postpone reality until after the election in 2016. He doesn’t mind media puff pieces about Hillary, but he sure as hell does not want reporters calling her Grandma Obamacare for the next three years.
