I know a lot about artwork. And this image, that it was done by an amateur that was copying from and actual photo. That they were trying to create the illusion of these children kneeling against the wall of a meat processing room of a butcher shop. The only reason why i said a meat processing room. It is because of the many drainage outlets on the floor. Showers only has one. And why I said that it was done by an amateur? You can see that they were trying to create that 3D effect of kneeling but couldn't. Most amateurs don't know how to create that illusion. And amateurs are unable to get the body's anatomy correct.
I've tried the best that I can do to corrected one of the images in the painting to show the 3D effect of kneeling. But it shows that the person who created this painting was trying to copied from a photo because they were trying to copied the exact way that the images are in a photo, that photos from a camera shows everything in 2D. And only someone that is not an amateur will know how to create the illusion of 3D.
