Tucker Carlson: If you let Democrats force you to get the vaccine, they'll have complete control forever

Not sure about whether it's morally "right" or "wrong" - depends on specifics - but it should be up to the business and the employee, not the government.

Maybe, but you are just looking at it from your point of view because you probably trust the vaccines. But what if you didn't? Your choices would be get the vaccine and keep your job, or don't get it and try to get another job in a country that has a 6.5% unemployment rate.

If I didn't, I'd be like my brother and sister-in-law. They're not getting the vaccines. But they're not whining about the repercussions. They understand that freedom goes both ways. They have the freedom to not get the vaccine, but others have the freedom to avoid them if they don't. That means they might not be able to eat at every restaurant, or fly on every airline, or work for companies that require vaccination, etc...

If they don't want to take it, fine. They should segregate themselves from the rest of us, then. Why would we want to associate with virus-variant factories and put our own health in danger, just because of their feelz and raaghts?
Why should anyone be segregated from you? If you have had the vaccine, you're safe, the one without the vaccine is supposedly at risk.
Unvaccinated people are breeding grounds for the corona variants that the vaccine may not be effective against. You have no right to put me in that position and I have every right to self defense, if my life is threatened. Your feelz about your rights mean nothing to me, if my life is in danger.
If you're vaccinated, you're safe. What gives you the right to steal my liberty? Nothing. Before you can say I am of risk to you, please show us your facts backing your allegation that someone vaccinated caught a variant of COVID-19. Prove to us all that your life is in danger. You cannot because it does not.
In a life and death situation, it's up to you to prove you're not dangerous. Sorry, but I won't give you a pass on your irresponsibility.

Argue that you don't trust them yet, I won't argue but it's not some big conspiracy to control people. People are already largely ignoring the restrictions.
No, there is no conspiracy here. But you can't blame some people for having reservations about taking it. I'm on the fence myself and I have a cousin who was the supervisor of her medical lab. She even worked with Dr. Fauci in the past so she's pretty much up there. She told me it was completely safe and I'm still not sure; not that I don't trust her. She's the most brilliant family member we have.
Why should we coddle snowflakes? I thought that was a tenet of Trumpnation.

More than likely because it hasn't happened to them yet. My sister who is very religious didn't want the vaccine, but she works at a hospital, and even though in administration, they told her get the shot or get another job. What could she do? She was 63 and didn't want to retire until 67, been working at the same job for over 35 years. She had no real choice. Now, she's not making a stink about it, but the point is she was forced to get it whether she wanted it or not.

Heh.
Not exactly. They don't wear masks either, so they're used to the idea that they're just not welcome some places. And they're ok with that. Fortunately, they live in a rural area, and many there share their views. Plus they home school. But they don't expect the world to bend to their will.

No she wasn't. Someone else refusing to accommodate your wishes isn't forcing anything on you. They're just refusing to accommodate your wishes.

It is not a life-and-death situation. Why lie?

I don't give a rats behind what you do, what I do has no effect, whatsoever, on you. So, specifically, why do you care? Why?

The only possible reason is that typical of the far-left who "know" they are right and it is their duty to force everyone into compliance, for their own good.

Heh.

Nor should it. However when you're talking about being put out of work, not being able to do necessary travel, perhaps not even being able to rent an apartment, it extends beyond just not being welcome in "some places."

Your statement is as ridiculous as saying the guy who robbed you at gunpoint didn't force you to surrender your wallet. You had the choice of being shot.

That's just foolish. Even you don't believe that malarkey. You're just desperate and childish. You would rather take a sharp stick in the eye rather than admit another party just MIGHT have a point.

Grow up!

Losing your job isn't getting shot. That's a false comparison, one that usually the socialists are making. Outside of specific contractual obligations, employment is "at will". Meaning either party can terminate the arrangement at will, with no need to provide justification. If your employer demands that you get the vaccine, and then fires you if you don't - how is that any different than an employee demanding a raise (or making any other demands), and then quitting if they don't get it?

What's foolish about it?

So what is next? It’s not a question of the vaccine. You may want the vaccine for yourself and your children, you may not. It’s a question of being forced to take it. And if we allow ourselves to be forced to take it, what next? Anything is the answer to that question. If the authorities are permitted to control a health care decision this intimate — if they can force you and your children to take a vaccine you don’t want and are afraid of — what can’t they do? Nothing. They’ll have total power over your body and your mind, forever. What’s the limit to their power? There isn’t one.

A few parents seem to understand this and have taken timid steps to resist it. One anonymous mother posted the letter she wrote to the college dean when she learned her children would be required to get the shot.

"The Association of American Surgeons & Physicians thinks this is a terrible idea, and so do I."

She didn’t give her name, she didn’t give the name of the school. Good for her, but where are the rest of the mothers? The ones who are willing to go on the record? There must be some. They know that if they go public, they’ll be attacked immediately by Barack Obama and CNN and AP. They’ll be denounced as anti-vaxxers — as if there are actually many people actually oppose vaccines. There aren’t. Virtually every college student in America has already received some or all of the 15 separate vaccines the CDC tells parents to give their children by the age of 18. They’ve literally been vaccinated since birth. So Americans are for vaccines. They always have been for vaccines.

He doesn’t mean the vaccine itself, but the forcing of taking it at the risk of your economic health. If they can tie your ability to live your life to having to take a vaccine, they can do that to you over and over and over again.

They can line their pockets with billions of dollars of taxpayer funded vaccines, that you must take or lose your ability to hold a job or own a house.
I had. I have the antibodies. I do not want the vaccine. I do not need the vaccine. My parents did get it and I am glad they did. To each their own.

Nobody is forcing anyone to take the vaccine. But I support a vaccine passport for entry into ball games, restaurants, theaters, airplanes etc.
Responsible society doesn’t want to be around COVID shedders, and it is a private businesses right to refuse them service.

A few years ago, a vaccine was developed for Human Papillomavirus (HPV) HPV is a sexually transmitted virus which can lead to cancer of the cervix, vulva, vagina, penis, anus, mouth tonsils, or throat. Not good, right? The recommendation is for adolescents to get the vaccine in their early to mid teens before they're sexually active. Who could possibly be against that, right? But guess what? As hard as it was for me to believe at the time, religious conservatives actually were against it. Why? Because in their minds, the HPV vaccine amounted to what they considered to essentially be a license for their children to engage in premarital sex in later years because they would now know that they would no longer need to fear contracting those kinds of cancer.

How crazy is that?

Losing your job is similar to getting shot. You could lose your apartment or house, your car, even your family, your entire life.

The difference between losing your job for not getting vaccinated and quitting your job is that you made the choice of quitting because you didn't get that raise. If your employer gets rid of you for not complying with their demands was their decision IF you believed that was not a reasonable option.

Please add your reliable sources and working links supporting your allegation that major religious groups oppose the HPV vaccine.

Thank you, thank you so much!
