Hey Trumpsters, how does it feel to be betrayed by your hero Tucker Carlson? You know, the guy who you thought was always telling you the truth about voter fraud and election stealing?
The guy who you thought was loyal to Trump and his MAGA agenda? Well, guess what? He hates Trump. He hates him passionately. That’s what he said in a text message to a colleague after the 2020 election.
"“I hate him passionately,” reads one text sent by Carlson to a colleague. “What he’s good at is destroying things. He’s the undisputed world champion of that. He could easily destroy us if we play it wrong.”
“We are very, very close to being able to ignore Trump most nights,” Carlson wrote in a message just two days before the January 6, 2021 attack on the Capitol. “I truly can’t wait.” On another occasion, Carlson, one of American cable’s leading news broadcasters, wrote:
“That’s the last four years. We’re all pretending we’ve got a lot to show for it, because admitting what a disaster it’s been is too tough to digest. But come on. There isn’t really an upside to Trump.”
