1. Isn't right as we already do have one through elections. People deserve to vote for who they choose.
2. Dumb. We have the smallest public sector work force in the past 40 years. Of course, granny has to take it up the ass.
3. Not good. Certainly we could trim some of the idiocy but a mandate to just throw regulations away isn't wise.

Yep all of it except the term limits amendment, which is only one of many needful amendments along with a Balanced Budget Amendment and a few others.
