So far this thread is irrelevant.
All politicians lie whether they intend to or not, because politics is all about lying.
That is not relevant.

What IS relevant is that Biden is the author of the 1994 federal crime bill that federalized the War on Drugs, mandated sentences, asset forfeitures, and all the other illegal and criminal things the federal government now does regularly.

About the only thing as bad was Bush and Hillary pushing the illegal invasion of Iraq.
