Wanting to be influenced more by substance over style I purposely listened to the debate on radio. I pretty much couldn't tell who was interrupting who. I thought they both had hits and misses but no major knockouts. The following day I noticed even right-leaning media websites mentioning Trump appeared too aggressive. It gave me a feel of the Kennedy-Nixon debate of 1960 when those watch TV thought the cool headed Kennedy did better than the sweating Nixon, while radio listeners gave the nod to Nixon based on substance.
