Production world wide has always been tamped down by OPEC, Boo. That's changing. The UAE has left OPEC and announced that it will be increasing it's production. Kazakhstan is also expected to leave. Nations like Saudi Arabia have had their oil revenues cut dramatically because of Iran's closing of the Straight of Hormuz. They are expected to up production to make up what they lost. Venezuela has had massive investments made in it's oil infrastructure since the removal of it's dictator. Their production will be ramping up as well. The US under Trump's "Drill baby drill!" will also see increases in production.

We're going to see cheaper oil on the back side of this conflict...much cheaper!

The damage of oil and natgas infrastructure of Gulf allies is most likely the reason why Trump has not resumed a full-scale offensive against Iran. And Iran knows it.

These Gulf allies are big buyers of US weapons and technology. The largest airplane orders in Boeing's history have been placed by Qatar and the Emirates.
