Trump Shows Why Tax Evasion Shouldn't Be Ilegal

President Trump is showing he will commute sentences that are just too much for the crime committed, regardless of political affiliation. So when he commutes Roger Stone the left won’t have a leg to stand on when they start howling about it.
great minds think alike.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Apparently the OP has no clue about the record number of Obama pardons.
The crimes committed were not just tax evasion, extortion, bribery, conspiracy... but even violent crimes. And one helped organize a terrorist organization.

What "record" did Obama break? And why does his record matter? We are talking about Trump, who is just getting started. It seems the crimes he is forgiving are corruption type crimes. It probably makes him feel like Santa Claus to get someone out of prison, but I think it is over the line for Trump to be second guessing the courts. Again.
/----/ "Donald J. Trump: 10 pardons"
But but but Orange Man Bad.

Presidents should only pardon if new evidence surfaced and showed they were innocent.
Otherwise, presidents parson/commute people like Oscar Lopez Rivera on their last 3 days in office like obama did.
But lets just bitch for the sake of partisanship. Because domestic terrorism isnt as bad as lying to keep more of YOUR money.
TN, if new evidence surfaced and showed they were innocent, they wouldn't need to be pardoned. I agree with you though that Presidents ought to stay out of court business.
I don't necessarily have a problem with it.
Usually the pardons have a basis of reason.
In the case of Blagojevich, the guy is a sleazeball. And unfortunately typical of Chicago politics. Right there with many others over 100 years. The guy deserved to go to jail. But not what he was sentenced. It was payback, and certainly politically motivated by others.
Commuting his sentence was right. And would not have happened without it.
He pardoned Blago because he was on Trump's show -- and Trump probably knew he would prostrate himself for Trump.....

Which is basically at the heart of everything he does....
Actually his conviction for trying to sell a seat was overturned.

YEAH I THINK I WILL

Freedom Above Fortune was founded by Joseph R. (Joe) Banister, a former IRS Criminal Investigation Division Special Agent who learned of serious constitutional questions relating to the federal income tax and the federal banking and monetary systems. Mr. Banister’s expertise in the fields of accounting, finance, taxation, and law enforcement enabled him to not only understand these issues but realize that he could play a role in bringing the issues into the public arena for analysis and debate.

Agent For Truth
Joe Banister is the first and still only IRS Criminal Investigation Division (IRSCID) Special Agent ever to investigate allegations of deceitful and illegal conduct in the agency’s administration and enforcement of the federal income tax system and report the results of his investigation first to IRS management and executives and then to the American people.

Despite having served as the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) Coordinator, Asset Forfeiture Coordinator and Firearms and Defensive Tactics Coordinator for the IRS Central California District and despite having earned a special act award, certificate of recognition award, performance award, sustained superior performance award and top athlete award above and beyond his routine investigative duties, Banister’s evidence and concerns were summarily rebuffed and he was “encouraged” to resign from the agency.

He resigned on February 25th, 1999, in effect, having to resign from his position in order to abide by his oath to support and defend the United States Constitution.

Joe recently authored a new book, Investigating the Federal Income Tax: A Report To The American People, and you will be astounded at what his investigation found, what he endured to tell his story to his fellow Americans and the lengths to which the IRS and mainstream media schemed to discredit and silence him, including:

  • Exposing and unlocking the deceitfu

Some never know how UNINFORMED they are.

and oh no he's been on infowars too bahahha

Trump pardons: Blagojevich, Kerik, Milkin among those who got clemency

The common theme in many of the big name pardons Trump issued this week was some sort of tax evasion or financial corruption -- and how the people convicted of these crimes shouldn't have been -- or as Trump said -- them being sentenced to prison was absolutely ridiculous...

Let's take Paul Pouge…."Pogue, the owner of a Texas construction company, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years in prison in 2010 for filing a false federal tax return. Authorities said Pogue underreported his income on his tax returns for three years." <<-- Big fucking deal, should he have went to prison for it?? Nope...Another pardon was Bernie Kerik who also committed tax fraud, again, big deal.....

Or how about Judith Negron -- who took a principled stand against Medicare...."Negron, the owner of a Miami-area mental health company, was sentenced in 2011 to 35 years in prison for orchestrating a $205 million Medicare fraud scheme. She has served eight years of her sentence." <<-- Big fucking deal, Medicare is communism -- so kudos to Judith for fleecing 205 million out of the government...if Medicare was ran by free markets, there wouldn't have been any fraud....

I think that tax fraud or tax evasion should be legal if the tax evasion is over a certain amount....Now if you are some thug or welfare queen committing some type of welfare fraud, worth possibly hundreds of dollars in taxpayer money -- they are the ones who need to serve years in prison -- but if you are a well-to-do person who is committing tax evasion and you can show that it is because of your libertarian philosophies about taxation being theft -- then you should be allowed to commit as much tax evasion and government fraud as you want....

I hope Trump pardons more tax evaders to reinforce the message that taxation is theft, nobody (especially job creators) should have to pay taxes...that is the best way to shrink government until it is small enough to drown in a bath tub...This will stimulate financial growth, this will help our free markets become much more free and just encourage freedom overall...It is always best to let free markets do the regulation, let free markets handle the courts, let free markets handle property rights, labor rights, etc..
If you take the time to review Obama's pardons and commutations, you will see a variety of "white-collar criminals" that were either pardoned or their sentence was commuted.
The vast majority of cases he pardoned were those of intent to sell cocaine/crack cocaine and also meth. Such individuals shouldn't have been pardoned. The reason: Long term cocaine use causes, heart attacks, psychosis and death. In short, the pushers, who know that its illegal use cause this to their buyers and don't give a damn, so they should get lengthy sentences with no clemency. The marijuana sentence pardons were fine, it's not going to kill you, only dumb you down over time, if you use it heavily or often.
All presidents have had the pardoning power, even George Washington exercised his right to pardon. Trump isn't eve close to the number of people, Obama and other Democrats have pardoned. However, if you do not like that a sitting president can pardon incarcerated individuals, contact your local legislator and also get a petition going, perhaps you could get the right to pardon by presidential decree, ended.....but....be careful what you with for. The axe swings both ways.

Obama pardoned Chelsea Manning. He should have done 35 years for treason. I dont know about you, but i care a fuck of a lot more about treason than tax cheats.
