When someone goes around the City, openly bragging about bribing public officials, and sexually assaulting women, the people want the corrupt person facing charges.

As someone who followed Trump's early career, I started asking why this guy wasn't in jail, back in the early 1990's, when he started bragging about all of the money he was making going bankrupt. As a former banker, who worked for lawyers doing big money real estate, I was curious about how he made money going bankrupt. Well, by lying to people that's how. That's when some of his other tax avoidance schemes started making headlines as well.

Trump bragged all of his adult life about the illegal stuff he was getting away with, and continues to get away with to this day. He truly is the Greatest Conman Who Ever lived. But all of this was known long before he ran for office, and I was appalled that the Republican Party would allow such a slime ball, to run for office, just on ethical grounds.

American Banks stopped lending to Trump in 2002, after his 4th bankruptcy, and will not loan to him, to this day.

Oh, and just so you know, "Banker Lady"? Donald Trump has NEVER filed for personal bankruptcy nor have any of his companies filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy! Out of the over 500 corporations that Trump has overseen, 6 have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, allowing for restructuring of the debt.

Both Axos Bank and Ladder Capital are two financial institutions that are currently loaning to Trump companies.

Maryland's crime rate has also dropped like a stone over since Wes Moore was elected governor. It's still higher than the national average, but still coming down. Crime is tied to poverty, not race. Programs which help lift people out of poverty, reduce crime.

The San Antonio Spurs defeated the New York Knicks in Game 3 of the NBA finals to claw their way back into the series, cutting the Knicks’ lead to 2-1. Despite the disappointing outcome for the New York faithful, it was a raucous environment.

Unfortunately for the rowdy fans, their attendance experience was impacted in a big way by the decision of United States President Donald Trump, a Knicks fan himself, to attend the game and watch from a suite. Trump’s presence led to intense security measures needing to be taken by fans and players alike, something Spurs guard De’Aaron Fox said was “inconvenient.”

Shockingly, cameras during the game appeared to catch Trump falling asleep in his seat in the suite.


Fans on social media were incensed by the video.

“So he ruined the night for all of those people just to take another nap?” one fan posted on X.

All Trump's bankruptcies were in large numbers. And 500 companies is NOTHING for a real estate developer. Real estate developers incorporate a new company every time they make an offer on a piece of property - whether the deal goes through or not. It's to limit liability if the deal ends up in litigation of any kind.

If the deal isn't made, the offer isn't accepted, the company will never be used again. When another offer is made, a new company will be created to make it. If the deal goes through, the offering company will continue to operate under the construction is completed, and then will never be used again.

I worked as corporate clerk for a firm with basically one very large developer client - one of the largest residential builders in North America, and they had over 200 separate holding companies, with only about 50 of them active at any point in time. The owner of that company is a lot younger than Trump and this was 20 years ago, so he may well have over 500 companies by now and NONE of them have ever gone bankrupt.

No one in the Big Money Real Estate Business has ever gone bankrupt 7 times. The Reichman's went bankrupt developing Canary Wharf in London. They retained significant personal wealth, but Olympia & York was done.

Big cities want to defund the police. Try again.
