Ronald Reagan between losing the 1976 nomination and his 1980 run had a daily radio daily opinion segment. It was only 5 minutes or so in length. I recall him complaining about Carter's Panama Canal give away and the creation of the Department of Education. It likely wouldn't be difficult for Trump to get into syndication with something similar.
