The Big problem Trump and his Trumpers don't understand is that the majority of Americans (including the people at Fox News and Tucker Carlson) all know and admit that Trump lost the election and there was no fraud. Trump is going to keep whining and crying about fake election fraud all throughout the election and it is going to cost him again. Most people are not going to vote for a total wacko that incited an Insurrection at the Capitol based on lies, and can't admit he lost the presidential election. Its already been determined that Trump lost the 2020 election because he failed miserably at covid. If Trump keeps on repeating his fake election fraud BS, the voters will not vote for him again and he will lose in 2024.

Trump will accept a plea deal to stay out of jail and will agree to accept being barred forever from office.

A plea deal requires the defendant to stand before the judge and admit guilt.

For Trump to admit guilt to anything is nearly inconceivable.
