One thing to remember, it was the grand jury who voted to indict. I really don't know if Bragg has the discretion not to act on the vote. But these were ordinary citizens who found compelling evidence of the commission of a crime.

LOL, twice impeached, and indictments were not do to an opinion of the DOJ when a President is in office. He's now able like you or me to be not above the law (even though there are no indictments when a President is in office). Trump's out of office, and the indictments will come with indictments from Grand Juries.
