Trump-inspired death threats are terrorizing election workers

So, Trumpers are fine with other Trumpers giving death threats to other citizens and their families?

I think its horrible, lawless, and jail worthy for anyone to threaten another person in that manner!
That story is contrived bullshit. Trump supporters are not violent.
Absolutely Loon. They are peaceful, they are “very special people” … and they LOVE cops!”:icon_rolleyes:

The "campaign of fear," sparked by Trump's [alleged] voter-fraud falsehoods, threatens the U.S. electoral system.

I'm just curious, WHO is Reuters to claim the election fraud is a "falsehood" when by their own admission, they've done NOTHING to vet the truth of the matter other than just TAKE THE WORD OF INTERESTED THIRD PARTIES?! Parties who should be the LAST people to rely on in questioning the election!!

Fact of the matter is that Reuters, like 99% of the other people out there dismissing the fraud charges as baseless, has done NOTHING to ascertain the TRUTH in the election, and like everyone else, is just quoting OTHER people, who in turn are just quoting OTHER people, neither of which are first hand experts in the matter, and they are just quoting yet OTHER people, who are basing THEIR opinion on the matter on others who are simply assuming since all they hear is claims that the fraud is all debunked, that there must not be any TRUTH to it!

Only a progressive liberal CROOK could support an election process like that.
There is no need for us to 'ascertain' anything. The majority of us think that the system worked..despite many attempts to game it by both sides..not to mention a few countries~
That isn't what this thread is about though. it's about the attempt to use the threat of violence to affect our election process. To court fear..to make officials soft and amenable to influence. If any have any reaction to this other than shock and shame..they're morally bereft.

I'm patiently awaiting the day when our govt. squeezes people like this..until the last drop of treasure and freedom is taken from them. To use fear to terrorize is the very definition of terrorist....but it seems some just are too dumb to get it.

Even if what you believe were to be true--stolen election and all...it would not excuse this sort of behavior.

If you think otherwise, count yourself among our country's enemy's....whether you know it or not.

BTW Reuters is about the most respected name in news..with a sterling reputation...among those who don't view the Pundit.

Trump inspired? More Alinsky crap.
Who inspired it?
It would appear that some in Georgia have formed an opinion---From the OP:

The intimidation in Georgia has gone well beyond Raffensperger and his family. Election workers - from local volunteers to senior administrators - continue enduring regular harassing phone calls and emails, according to interviews with election workers and the Reuters review of texts, emails and audio files provided by Georgia officials.
One email, sent on Jan. 2 to officials in nearly a dozen counties, threatened to bomb polling sites: “No one at these places will be spared unless and until Trump is guaranteed to be POTUS again.” The specific text of the threat has not been previously reported. The email, a state election official said, was forwarded to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which declined to comment for this story.
In Georgia, threatening violence against a poll officer is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a maximum fine of $100,000. Making death threats is a separate crime carrying up to five years in prison and a $1,000 fine.
Criminal law specialists say the widespread threats could increase the legal jeopardy for Trump in the Georgia investigation. That inquiry is led by the top prosecutor in Fulton County, which includes Atlanta. District Attorney Fani Willis, a Democrat, is probing whether Trump illegally interfered with Georgia’s 2020 election.

Aren’t they charmers? :rolleyes-41:

Of course there is. There is the need to know that your elections are being honestly held. And there is the need that when a news source like Reuters tells you that the fraud is debunked or baseless, they they tell how HOW they know this and not just say they got the news from a third party with an interest in the election and are just taking THEIR word for it without any vetting on their own.

To do any less utterly fails to meet the standard of "journalism."

That isn't what this thread is about though. it's about the attempt to use the threat of violence to affect our election process. To court fear..
And that has been done more on the D's side literally mocking, threatening or trying to silence or destroy anyone just for asking due diligence.

There is no need to excuse anyone nor any behavior too severe for if a coup was usurping a national election to illegally unseat a lawful president to install their own puppet regime. To claim otherwise would be like having Hitler attack your country to kill all the Jews and seize control of all its citizens, then have someone say that this was really bad stuff but you still weren't willing to go to war and fight back if it involved killing or hurting people!

If you think otherwise, count yourself among our country's enemy's....
If defending the constitution and protecting sovereign elections from corruption makes anyone a country's enemy, then it is no longer their country. The battle is already lost.

Not any more. Not when they make statements as FACT that they have never even bothered to check out and verify for THEMSELVES, only instead taking on their word the claims of people who could have every interest in lying to you!

The people Pelosi had the police let in started the shit. 38% of the people in the Capitol were let in by the Capitol police. A video proves it. A video they will not release. Senators have seen it. And Senators know how to count.
so what?

and from what I've read on it, the cops had no choice but to let them in.

WHY DON'T YOU SUPPORT A 9/11 TYPE COMMISSION TO INVESTIGATE WHAT HAPPENED???

ARE YOU AFRAID OF WHAT YOU MIGHT FIND OUT?

Trump is a pedophile. Prove me wrong.

Trumpers have endured death threats for YEARS AND YEARS, including even being shot and almost killed in a ball-field, and last year, over 2,000 police injured and killed. If you think it so horrible, you must have an awful grudge against a whole lot of leftist democrats.
I think all death threats are illegal, and horrible! It's just awful, including the Scalice shooting on the ball field. It's lunacy to lash out with death threats at political opponents or anyone.

We are a nation of laws, not men.

Trump inspired my eye!

Seek help! you need it,
Piss off. If you don’t see a problem here, then I cannot help :finger3:

I don't need your help... Trump lives rent free in your mind and in the mind of all Fake media including rotten Reuters.

Shame!
They'll soon be needing crying towels when they realize there isn't a damned thing they can do to stop the evidence from reaching the internet.

We are a nation of laws, not men.
After watching 4 years' worth of witch hunts and Obama admin officials walking free when there is clear evidence of their crimes, I don't see how anyone still believes that old slogan. Soon enough, the only law that will matter will be the law that comes out of the barrel of guns.
