My advice to Trump to keep older voters is to "fix" Medicare & Social Security ASAP. The Trump tax cut took needed funding away from those entitlements. Which party will save SS & Medicare? Its not one of Biden's priorities.

Biden has been talking about cutting SS and Medicare since Reagan was in the White House. Joe's a Democrat in a right leaning state who learned early the only way to win elections was run to the right of a moderate Republican opponent:
