Lots of things get appealed to SCOTUS. I have no problem with it being tossed but let’s not pretend that there was a ruling in Trumps favor at SCOTUS. I was just providing context.

It seems like we agree it was bullshit.

What we apparently don't agree on is why it got to the SCOTUS. It takes multiple levels of serious judicial misconduct for a bullshit case to make its way to the SCOTUS.
