He's pinning his hopes on the Supreme Court as if there is some sort of playoff bracket somewhere that has a definite flow from one round of playoffs to another. Its a dime-store understanding of our legal system that he embraces.

On one hand, the High Court doesn't automatically take every case just because some orange dude is jumping up and down screaming he was robbed so they shouldn't even be involved.

On the other hand, I sort of hope the High Court will hear the case. It will do two things. Finally put a silver bullet through the brains of these about 30% of these people that Trump lost the election. The other 70% will have to toss the court under the bus which will be so satisfying that Trump's appointees ruled against him.

They're just too short-sighted to see that is what is coming down the pike at them...either they will have to admit that their blob lost OR they will have to toss the Court under the bus and double-down on the rampant stupidity that plagues their worlds.

In State court...you have 1 judge to convince.
In the Supreme Court, you have to convince 5 justices that your case was not handled properly by the State courts, the appellate courts, etc...

And the worst thing that could happen to the "other" side is that the High Court is going to send it back down...they don't call them "verdicts" at the SCOTUS level...they are called decisions.

Any lawyer that isn't completely incompetent will bring out their best evidence immediately. No lawyer who is still employed as a lawyer has every said "DERP! DERP! I want to lose, so I can appeal after the loss, so I'll conceal my best evidence!".

It's doubly stupid in regards to the Supreme Court, because when considering appeals, the SC does not allow new evidence to be presented. They rule entirely on whether the lower court ruled correctly based on the facts that were presented.

So, if your legal heroes failed to produce their evidence at the lower court, they're SOL. It's too late to produce it now.

There is justice in both states. The votes were counted and certified.

Trump has yet to prove any sort of shennanigans in the count whatsoever. Trump lying and telling you there were irregularlities, isn't proof of irregularities.
