trump attacks McConnel and Pence

If I could buy you for what you are worth, and sell you for what you think you are worth, I could retire.

Ooooo.....look who's petulant over the spankings I've had to administer!

Was this the one that got under your scales???

Did you claim that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had the authority to alter the dates and times for voting???

Did you, you lying scum??

After I posted that only the elected legislature could do so, according to the USConstitution???

https://www.usmessageboard.com/threads/no-evidence-of-voter-fraud.939806/page-7#post-28636866 post 125

But neither the text of Article II itself nor the only case the concurrence cites that interprets Article II, McPherson v. Blacker, 146 U. S. 1 (1892), leads to the conclusion that Article II grants unlimited power to the legislature, devoid of any state constitutional limitations, to select the manner of appointing electors.
No state court can set a time limit for votes that should beyond the end of election day, no matter the delay in mail delivery.

Only an elected legislature may do that.

QED….you are and will always be, lying scum.

Blue Dog Democrats!
Where are they today!
Prior to Obama's 2nd term, almost every Democrat was semi-normal...
You're BLM bullshit made almost 100% of Blue Dog Democrats hide their sorry asses in the shadows.

There are no such 'Blue Dog Democrats.'

It is a pretense.

They all fall in line.....see Obamacare.

But there are Yellow Dog Democrats

Yellow Dog Democrats was a political term applied to voters in the Southern United States who voted solely for candidates who represented the Democratic Party. The term originated in the late 19th century. These voters would allegedly "vote for a yellow dog before they would vote for any Republican".

Good call out, Blue Dog Democrats, or the Blue Dog Coalition. It still exists, although membership is quite sparse. The demise of the Blue Dog Coalition can be traced directly to Republican control of state legislatures and the redistricting process. That, along with our current dysfunctional primary system, has virtually eliminated the ability of a Blue Dog to make it to Congress. Our a moderate from the Republican party as well.

This nation is as polarized as it was at any time in our history, including prior to the Civil War. Trump gets a huge amount of credit for that, social media and these so-called "news" sites that cater to the rightwing are huge contributors as well. Neither could have been successful if a huge part of our population were not so uneducated and uninformed, as is demonstrated here on this messageboard each and every day.

We need more Blue Dogs, and we need more moderate Republicans, and until we realize that, and push the extremists of both parties out of the way, we are going to get nothing accomplished but putting out fires, instead of preventing them in the first place. The first step is a Constitutional amendment preventing Congresspeople and Senators, from serving subsequent terms, like George Mason advocated from the very beginning.
Blue Dogs we’re silenced by The Squad.

34 Democrats voted against the Affordable Care Act. Only one remains in office.

Glad to see you at least have a gist of the case. But how can you possible defend legislation that restricts the counting of absentee ballots BEFORE the deadline to submitting them? Oh, you may submit your ballots in the mail up to midnight on election day, but we stop counting at nine pm on election day, the hell with your votes if you can't submit them in the mail at least THREE DAYS prior to the cutoff we stated.

That is unconstitutional, and a clear attempt at subverting votes. They could have set the deadline to submission prior to election day, many states do just that. Like a week before if they are going to stop the counting on election day. But they didn't. They could have protested the court ruling prior to the election if they thought it was problem. They didn't. The reality is they are attempting to change the rules of the game after the game is over, not because of any constitutional issues, but because they lost. Sad.

Pence said, "President trump is wrong: I had no right to overturn the election. The presidency belongs to the American people and the American people alone. And frankly, there is no idea more un-American than the notion that any one person could choose the American president."

Mitch didn't say anything.

But trump lashed out at Mitch over Pence's words:

"Just saw Mike Pence's statement on the fact that he had no right to do anything with respect to the Electoral Vote Count, other than being an automatic conveyor belt for the Old Crow Mitch McConnell to get Biden elected President as quickly as possible," trump said.

Do you think trump is right? That Mitch McConnel and Mike Pence wanted to get Joe Biden elected as fast as possible?

Does everyone in Washington hate trump?

Lots of people hate Trump. He doesn't pay his bills.
