No, Jim the article says that Putin was on vacation for a week - not dead but it was difficult to explain, he said. What he means by that is it is difficult to explain that the President of Russia just had a child out of wedlock with a 31 yr old Gymnast while holding fast to having portrayed him as the paragon of virtue. Oh geesssh....another "end of the world" theory...

The Russian economy is in shambles. They are taking on more dependents in Crimea. The recent assassination of the opposition leader leaves many on the edge. Tough man Putin may have some real challenges.
