This place and the internet in general failed to reach its potential and that’s Never changing
Opportunity for enhanced discussions never materialized and it’s mostly paid trolls, trolls, malcontents and children. If there are approximately 100 regulars per day the about 12-24 sane and balanced conservatives contribute good material and half dozen liberals the same. The other 70-80% are bullshit time wasters that add nothing other than fantasy and name calling. Facebooks disgusting revelations last week show what these sites are really all about-started with political prejudice and disentegrated into child and youth abomination and manipulation. It’s a fetted and sordid participation and membership.
Covid found a great home with the MSM and message board assistance as the frightened and feckless can bark all sorts of personal preferences disguised as mandates which are disguised as law.
I’ve been amongst the living and thinking the last two weeks and will check in here once or twice per week but full participation daily is over. There will never be frank and genuine discussion and information on this nor most “discussion boards”
