Today i had a surgical procedere where in Cuba, they would of told me to live with it.

I had a serious bunion where my toe was at a 45 degree angle and was pressing against the 2nd toe, causing the rest of bend to the right. This was not a life or death situation, but it was very uncomfortable and the big toe if not attended to would eventually move under the 2 toe. So I went to this private doctor, and he successfully removed the bunion, realigned the big to and shortened the 2nd to slightly to keep the foot stable. In Cuba if it got worse, they would just remove the foot. God bless America for being free, not some socialist country that would dictate whether I needed an operation or not.
