The main tips for fitness and to be healthy life:
1. Keep Exercise before work
2. Brush your teeth after meals
3. Interval Training
4. Measure your food to keep track of protins...
 
There is more to a healthy lifestyle. Without a healthy mind you body also withers away. So try to not let your mind be numbed.
Measuring your food is a good start but one must also look at what they're eating. Unhealthy food even if measured is not always good. Having some here and there is alright but you should try to evaluate what you are eating.

Routine Exercise Found to Extend Life Almost Five Years
November 08, 2012 - Finding was made by researchers with the US National Cancer Institute
People who engage in regular leisure-time physical activities, such as walking, biking or swimming, can live years longer than those who don’t do any leisure-time exercise, according to a large survey of adults. The study of more than 650,000 adults found that those who engaged in routine leisure time physical activity, even if they were overweight or obese, lived as many as 4 1/2 years longer, on average, than those who did no exercise. The finding by researchers with the U.S. National Cancer Institute, or NCI, was based on data from six population-based studies of people between the ages of 40 and 90, designed to identify various cancer-risk factors.

Steven Moore, with NCI’s division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics, and the study’s lead author, says there are several ways that regular exercise can extend a person’s lifespan. “It reduces your risk of heart disease. It reduces risk of hypertension [high blood pressure], of hyperlipidemia [high blood cholesterol]; it has a number of benefits in terms of lung function," he said. "So, I think it has a very broad effect on different measures and indexes of health. And that comes out when you look at life expectancy.”

The U.S. government recommends that adults aged 18 to 64 get either 2 1/2 hours of moderate-intensity or 1 1/4 hours of vigorous-intensity exercise each week. That might range from leisurely walking to vigorous running or bike-riding, for example. Researchers found that in general, people who got the recommended amount of exercise lived an average of 3.4 years longer, and life expectancy was extended by 4.2 years for those who engaged in twice the recommended amount of leisure activity.

Moore says investigators found even a moderate level of exercise, equivalent to 10 minutes of walking per day, was associated with a gain of about two years of life expectancy. “To get the full benefit, you would have to do the equivalent of about 45 or more minutes a day of walking. And that was associated in our study with a gain of about four to 4 1/2 years of life expectanc,” Moore said. But Moore says there was no significant increase in life expectancy among those who did more than 45 minutes of daily exercise. An article on leisure time physical activity and life expectancy is published in the journal PLoS Medicine.

Shit. Praying isn't enough? We gotta do the heavy lifting on health, too, just like with His creation, which only happens when we procreate?

Informative post..There are few more things for healthy life to do regular workout and relaxation along with the proper diet..
 
Health is wealth. Nobody can enjoy the natural moments of life properly without having the good health. I have faced so many health problems like back pain and chest as well. When my friend suggest me to the health tips like you as here (thanks for you) i focused on that. Daily goes to morning walk and take proper diet. Now i better then earlier.
 
Toothbrushing after meals is pointless, and even counterproductive, being that you're scrubbing at the tooth enamel immediately after it's been softened by food acids. At the end of the meal, just use whatever you're drinking to rinse off the stuck food particles, and you're good. And no sugared sodas, just diet.

Oh, I haven't been to a dentist since around 1985. And all my teeth are fine. I only brush 'em once a day before bedtime. Meanwhile, the obsessive tooth-brushers are regularly going in for big dental work, being that they insist on grinding away their own teeth.

A negative mind will get you sick every time and no ammount of exercise or healthy living will save you.

The mind controls the outer body.

This is more important than what it seems. Maybe I can add, that there is something about us that is above food or any enjoyment thing, maybe that is too easy to forget. I don't exercise or do those tips in the OP, but I am in the healthy body-mass-index, and what stops me from eating too much or doing anything harmful to myself is my sense of self, like "if I do/eat this/that then how about me?".

Probably the healthiest thing you can give to your mind is that you don't need anything physical at all ever, unless your body physically takes you over to do it with maximum aggression, like when you are so hungry you can't concentrate, and even then you are under absolutely no obligation to give it full satisfaction, stay hungry a little and you will discover power in that.

You rule, not your body, and not the things that you may like. :) (Now this should set the nation right for the healthiest kick-ass physical for the future. HAHA)

Living healthy life is the most considerable issue, for that doing some simply things are gives best results to you. Eating habits, walking and doing exercise and yoga etc these gives you a physical fitness and good healthy body.

Yes you are right to say health is more important to lead a successful life.God bless us so we should be take proper care of it and do not do the unhealthy things and ruined this with your hand.Take a healthy diet and go for morning walk,these are the best key to lead healthy life.
Also remain safe from alcohol.
 
Here are some health tips which are really useful for you to keep happy and healthy.

People brush their teeth and they fall out anyway. They exercise and drop dead of heart attacks at 30. Doctors are clueless and life is a matter of genes. You either have good ones or bad ones. You can't extend your life but you can shorten it.
 
Try to cook yourself at home, that's number One! :D .....that's always nice ... or get healthy takeaway ...like chicken or tuna salads or roast chicken .... or Chinese stir fry or bread rolls with yummy roast and salads fillings ... etc....etc.... it's full of delicious nice things out there and also things you can do at home that are good for ya! :)
