1.The result of internet and IT is that the Left can no longer simply walk away from their debacles under cover of the Left Media…the elites cannot hide the effects of their bone-head ideas and the blight of enforced ‘green’ regulation.

I demand that society be made whole via an eco-equivalent of the Nuremberg Trials!

2. First, there is one of the 20th century’s greatest mass-murderers, Al Gore’s heroine, Rachel Carson. Her best-seller ‘Silent Spring’ resulted in the near-universal banning of DDT, and the commensurate resurgence of malaria.
“THE DDT BAN TURNS 30 — Millions Dead of Malaria Because of Ban, More Deaths Likely.” THE DDT BAN TURNS 30 — Millions Dead of Malaria Because of Ban, More Deaths Likely > Health Issues > ACSH
a. To placate our Liberal friends, we’ll call it a ‘hate crime,’ since almost all the victims were black or brown!

3. Untold misery and starvation in the third world is due to the increased price of rice, maize, wheat…and, yes, even cassava! Why??? Biofuels!
“The western appetite for biofuels is causing starvation in the poor world
Developing nations are being pushed to grow crops for ethanol, rather than food - all thanks to political expediency…” George Monbiot: The western appetite for biofuels is causing starvation in the poor world | Comment is free | The Guardian

4. What else has the increase in the price of wheat advanced? The “Arab Spring.”“ Why does that matter? Because Arabs live on bread, couscous and noodles, and the government picks up much of the tab for its impoverished populace. "Tunisians eat more wheat than anyone on the planet: 478 pounds per person a year, compared to 177 pounds in the U.S. Egyptians and Algerians also eat more than twice as much wheat as Americans, says the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization," the Journal reported.”

5. Queston: how many of the East Anglia ‘researchers’ who faked and suppressed data have been brought up on charges?? How many have been fired??
“But rather than investigating all the evidence of so much academic fraud and intellectual wrongdoing, the University of East Anglia is denying there is a problem. Professor Trevor Davies, the school’s pro vice chancellor for research, issued a defensive statement on Tuesday claiming: “The publication of a selection of the emails and data stolen from the Climatic Research Unit (CRU) has led to some questioning of the climate science research published by CRU and others. There is nothing in the stolen material which indicates that peer-reviewed publications by CRU, and others, on the nature of global warming and related climate change are not of the highest-quality of scientific investigation and interpretation.”
Unlike these global-warming propagandists, we expect research to be done in the open. Scientists who refuse to share their data, who plot to destroy information and fail to tell other scientists how their results were calculated should be severely punished.” EDITORIAL: The global-cooling cover-up - Washington Times

6. Every official of solar panel and wind turbines companies who took taxpayer subsidies, knowing full well that green power was a fraud should be prosecuted in eco-Nuremberg Trials ….’what did they know and when did they know it?’

7. The EPA jihad against free enterprise must be brought to an immediate halt! A remedy would be the ability of citizens to sue the federal government to protect their legitimate interests, for damages. While currently unconstitutional, the Congress can waive sovereign immunity, Such a congressional waiver would not only protect the citizenry, but would go far toward defining the limits of federal authority.

8. And, finally, where are our lawyer-friends who are willing to step up, Pro Bono, to sue on behalf of Old Rocks and Chris, who have been held up to ridicule as a result of mind-altering ‘green’ propaganda??
Certainly our dear friends are entitled to be made whole, as was requested by former Labor Secretary Ray Donovan who famously said “Where do I go to get my reputation back?"

The Greens, and warmists, have much to answer for!

You said Nuremberg and I immediatly thought of the Nuremberg ring which is a famous place to race/test cars.

i was getting all dewy eyed for you and everything thinking you were into the nuremberg races :D

So on topic...fun post :D

Same BS, different day. :trolls:

How many times do we have to see the same posts?!?!

Now, now, Konny...I know how to make you feel better about the OP...

Hey, are you sure your weren't listening to your fav opera, and thought the OP was about 'The Ring of the Nibelung'???

Actually, there is a connection between Wagner and Nuremberg....

Poor PC. Wants the rivers in the US cities to once more burn. So much fun watching all those people die of cancers related to asbestos. And those damned scientists, who ever gave them permission to do science.

Silly ass, your post is a prime example of why the right wingnuts are considered sub standard in intellect. People like you do your best to prove it daily.

do you disagree that many progressive and supposedly ecological programs have caused harm?

conservatives, liberals, moderates, Republicans, Democrats, etc all believe that they are the ones with the right answers and goodness on their side. or didnt you know that? over the last fifty years I would say that the law of unintended consequences has gobsmacked the left much more often than the right, probably because of the self imposed blinders of politically correct thinking.

Anybody bringing up that BS about the banning of DDT causing millions of deaths is just too damned ignorant to be believed in any other venue.

Don't you just love how the wingnuts support the ongoing destruction of the environment with mountain top removal for coal. And insist that there is no environmental degradation associated with it.

PC and the rest of the supporters of killing children and adults for profit think that mercury, arsenic, and lead are a good thing for our children. They deny the deaths caused by asbestos for the last century. They quote known liars concerning the affects of DDT on the environment. In fact, if they had their way, our national symbol would be extinct.

In the fourteenth century Europe, Asia and Africa were hit with a serious outbreak of the plague, now commonly known as The Black Death. The disease is caused by the bacterium Pasteurella pestis or Yersinia pestis, which is transmitted from rodents to humans by a flea. Symptoms of the disease include fever, delirium, pneumonia and enlarged, pus-filled lymph nodes. These nodes would open to the skin and drain spontaneously.

The epidemic started in Asia. It is suspected that it spread to humans from Asian rodents. In the mid-fourteenth century the Port of Caffa in the Black Sea was attacked by Tartans from the sea. These Tartans fell ill with the plague and decided to retreat. But before they did so the dead bodies of their comrades were catapulted into Caffa. Italians that were present there retreated to Italy, causing this first historical event of biological warfare to spread the plague to Europe.

The European population back than counted approximately 100 million people. Between 1347 and 1351, at least 25 and possibly 75 million people died of the plague, destroying the European social structure. Death tolls caused the disappearance of law enforcement, religious ceremonies and medical practise in the areas where the plague was worst.

After many people were killed plague epidemics suddenly ceased. Today we still do not fully understand the reason for this sudden epidemical retreat. Possibly, only resistant humans lasted in the end. Perhaps reservoirs of the plague are still in waiting, ready to spread when conditions are right. Fortunately hygiene and medication have been able to prevent a new plague epidemic from occurring so far

....did you find any errors therein?

No?

Well then, leads to an overwhelming conclusion, huh?

Interestingly....I read William Rosen's 'Justinian's Flea,' which covers- in detail- the Black Plague and its ramifications....and strongly recommend same to all interested in science, history and law!

Of course, it has nothing to do with the OP....just as your post has nothing to do with the OP.

Speaking of nothing to do with the OP....I just purchased Rosen's new book on the Industrial Revolution.

Carry on.

1. "Fortunately, no human beings have ever been harmed by DDT....In the 1960s, the World Health Organization tested more than 1,300 pesticides, seeking effective substitutes for DDT in mosquito control. Only four approached DDT’s effectiveness: Malathion, Aprocarb (Baygon), fenthion, and fenitrothion, but all were more hazardous to humans than DDT and were 4 to 20 times more expensive than DDT....Because, over the years, I kept hearing propagandist claims that DDT is toxic to people, I studied all of the relevant scientific and medical literature. Here I mention only some details on DDT’s safety:..."http://www.21stcenturysciencetech.com/articles/Fall02/Mosquitoes.html

Yes, indeed: Greed and lust...

...or what we conservatives call 'human nature.'

Where one goes after this epiphany is the difference between conservatism, which relies on a government of checks and balances...

...and liberals who suppose that with the proper laws, they can change man's (plastic) nature:
1. The Constitution commemorates our revolution, and, as Madison states in the ‘Federalist,’ is the greatest of all reflections on human nature…human beings are not angels.”

a. Humans are not perfectible, but are capable of self government. The republican form of government presupposes this idea of humans. Our government is not a controlling government, but must itself be controlled: by the Constitution.

b. Communist Revolution is based on the idea of transforming human nature. “The New Soviet man or New Soviet person (Russian: новый советский человек), as postulated by the ideologists of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, was an archetype of a person with certain qualities that were said to be emerging as dominant among all citizens of the Soviet Union, irrespective of the country's long-standing cultural, ethnic, and linguistic diversity, creating a single Soviet people, Soviet nation.[1]
New Soviet man - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Leon Trotsky wrote in his Literature and Revolution [2] :
"The human species, the sluggish Homo sapiens, will once again enter the stage of radical reconstruction and become in his own hands the object of the most complex methods of artificial selection and psychophysical training... Man will make it his goal...to create a higher sociobiological type, a superman, if you will"
New Soviet man - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

c. “Culture is a stubborn opponent. The Soviet Union attempted to create the New Soviet Man with gulags, psychiatric hospitals, and firing squads for seventy years and succeeded only in producing a more corrupt culture.” Bork, “Slouching Toward Gomorrah,” p. 198

d. Progressives have a similar view: human nature is plastic; politics is a means of perfecting man!

e. In 1969, Hillary Rodham gave the student commencement address at Wellesley in which she said that “ for too long our leaders have used politics as the art of making what appears to be impossible, possible….We’re not interested in social reconstruction; it’s human reconstruction.”

I guess you can see why Progressives were so fond of eugenics, eh?
