He's not dealing well with being mortal. Your skills and talents will eventually betray you, unless you remain loyal to principles of character, you won't ever find happiness.

Oh how far the great has fallen.

All else aside, one has to wonder just how much companionship he has to ease the physical and emotional suffering. From being considered one of the greats of his sport, he now hobbles along, unable to even participate competitively. One never hears about his marriage and that probably makes things worse. At the end, his mother and father were in the midst of difficulties which didn't make it easier for him.

I also wonder if a major problem is that he has nowhere to turn. Does he hold to any faith?

I wish everybody would get real about this!

Tiger is/was an athlete who worked extremely hard at his sport. So hard that he did more than the human body is supposed to do resulting in a series of bodily injuries - the worst being to his back. He has had a large number of medical procedures to try and correct the problem and has then worked very hard to attain his once supremacy at the sport.

We can be certain that, during all this time, doctors have generously prescribed a huge variety of pain killers to help Tiger overcome his problem. Like so many celebrities, Tiger now finds himself addicted to those drugs and they are clearly negatively affecting his daily life.

So, who's to blame?

Tiger for wanting to regain the fame and winning he once enjoyed?

Or the doctors for doping him up that way?
