Here's a thought. The venerable United States Marine Corps requires every Marine both officer and enlisted to qualify every year as "riflemen" but just about every career Marine officer in service boasts an expert rifle and pistol badge and every Marine knows that they didn't qualify with a firearm since they got a desk job 20 years ago. Ain't it time the Marines straightened out this little detail before they start worrying about the North Korean fake badges?
