Remember, some will tell you with a straight face "China doesn't have any interest in expansion". Now they are going after Mother Russia too! Their only somewhat powerful ally.
Yes, they've been focusing on economic might, which leads to military might. The fallacy that military might for China is simply for defensive purposes is comical. They've been claiming disputed land from many nations. It's only a matter of time, once America is conquered and internally weak, that it will go to full out invasion.
