This is *messed up*. I live in a small hick down, where nothing ever happens - so little, in fact, that people being ticketed for dirty car windows is what makes the local paper here...

This happened 3 blocks from my house. Nobody on my block heard the bomb go off, either...

No shit.. You can leave your car unlocked and running here, while you run in to the store, gas station, Starbucks, etc. Our cops usually have nothing better to do, so they actually come out and help if you locked your keys in your car, if there's a kitten stuck in a tree, etc...
