This guy fills a garbage bag with stolen items then calmly rides his bike out the front door.

Pretty ballsy, eh?

It's the latest fad and the police are too busy with murderers and guns to worry about it.

Maybe the Xmas season will bring anarchy throughout America. the Robin Hood analogy of robbing from the rich to give to the poor- under the xmas tree!

Baby jesus worship has come full circle!

It's ok, this only happens in places run by people like you.

Day after day. Night after night these looting rampages are carried out by blacks. We are supposed to not notice.

I am surprised the guy that grab the bag was not arrested for assault in San Francisco…
The system is crazy. They are releasing gang bangers in Chicago and refusing to prosecute felons who steal less than $300 from stores on the left coast. Meanwhile Biden's gestapo are hunting down mom and pop 1/6 trespassers and sentencing them to federal prion.

Oh, wait!

But the man in the video, Jean Lugo-Romero, was arrested about a week later and faces 15 charges, including "grand theft, second-degree burglary and shoplifting." He was recently transferred to county jail where he is being held without bond.

Oh my God! He's being held without bond like the January 6 rioters! This is outrageous. He has not been convicted of anything. The horror!

I guess the police weren't too busy, after all.

You voted for this, asshole, so shut the fuck up.

Robbers will have the option of dropping the stuff and going to jail

Its their choice
Many chain businesses have a policy not to interfere with thieves. It's not a California thing, it's a business thing.

Walgreens has a ‘no-chase’ policy regarding shoplifting. It does not search and stop suspected shoplifters, nor does it try to stop confirmed shoplifters. However, video footage from 24/7 CCTV cameras and details are provided to the police to investigate once the shoplifter has left the store. Walgreens also do press charges on shoplifters.
