They say that this is no longer the nice society it used to be

I think the nice open humanitarian people are still the same.
It's just when these civilian types aren't the kind to defend themselves militarily
against violence, then other people are forced to come to public defense
who normally don't need to resort to such measures.

This is normal in society in general, when threatened with violence
it helps to show preemptive force and willingness to fight back as a DETERRENCE
to further aggression. That's human nature, so of course it holds for people in Sweden when facing threats.

The same peace officers who don't need to draw their weapons during peace time
can pull and shoot guns when the situation calls for that.

They are still the law abiding peace officers they were before
(ie they are not changing themselves from nice to violent).
of course they are forced to act differently when violence and threats to security arise.

right wing vigilantes is just the lefties way of saying that Normal people don't like seeing their nice society being destroyed by refugee invaders Barry . Same is happening in Germany where normal Germans are being called 'nazis' because they object to both 'merkel' and the muslim refugee invaders that are invading Germany Barry !!

Wait until Bernie Sanders is President of Sweden, as Marco Rubio suggested, he will sort the country out!

Sweden has a reputation as the world's humanitarian conscience and a safe haven for refugees, but the country has been shaken by a series of protests and violent incidents carried out by right-wing vigilantes. Special correspondent Malcolm Brabant reports on Sweden’s changing climate toward asylum seekers.

Sweden's welcome to refugees disturbed by violent backlash

If you invited some dinner guests to your house, only to have them park over your rose bushes, piss on your carpet, bully you into serving only what they wanted to eat, kick your dog and grope your 14 year old, would that make you a "right winger" if you didn't like it?
