Utah and Washington - One RED State, One BLUE State, both of which have voted by mail for many years now, with little or no voter fraud at all.

Enter Donald J Trump, and all of a sudden (according to him) America will have massive voter fraud in 2020 if ballots are cast by mail. Trump has offered no proof or documentation that any of this is true, even going so far as to try to slow the flow of US Mail in a naked attempt to see to it that legitimate votes are not counted.

I wonder what the "Fair and Balanced" folks at FOX News would be saying if someone named Obama or Clinton had done this....

Its the difference between "solicited ballots" where one asks for it and identifies themselves and "unsolicited ballots" where one is indiscriminately mailed to everyone on the rolls. The two states require all ballots to be solicited yearly with a signed signature card.

he was comparing Absentee ballots ,which are requested,to just mailing out ballots to every registered voter which may not be accurate because many lists are not up dated....

There is plenty of proof of voter fraud. Most contested elections are because of mail in votes. A New York primary had nearly 20% of its mail in votes not count.
