But Trump did more things wrong; he down played the seriousness, he over rode the recommendations of doctors and scientists. He made mask wearing a political statement (huge mistake). The US has 5% of the world populations but 20% of COVID deaths. The USA, led by Trump, under performed the world in dealing with COVID.
