In a little over 100 days, President Biden’s Climate Envoy and World War Zero’s co-founder, John Kerry, will join hundreds of leaders in Glasgow for the Conference of the Parties 26 (COP26) to negotiate nothing less than the future of the planet.
2021’s deadly heat waves, historic mega-droughts, scorching wildfires, vanishing glaciers, sea level rise, and freak floods, underscore that Glasgow is the world’s last, best shot to tackle climate change and dramatically reduce emissions in this decade.
If the only inhabitants of this planet were the stupid trump Nazis, the greedy billionaires, and corporate CEOs, this world would be better off burnt to a crisp. However, the aforementioned a$$holes are vastly outnumbered by billions of other species and people-of-conscience, all of which deserve to live out their lives in compatible and sustainable environments.
Were it not for the greedy billionaires’ and corporate CEOs’ death grip on the mainstream news media, the young people’s voices would have been heard worldwide and at least a decade ago, loudly protesting the wholesale destruction of their futures.
