The U.S. military attacked three Syrian oil tankers, killing 4 drivers.

Europe wants ME oil

Syria is preventing the easy transport of ME oil to Europe

Syria must be destroyed

Europe calls America, Fuck Yeah and expects our military services free of charge.

Same song, different verse.

.
For a fair cut of the profits I have no doubt that Syria would love to allow ME to pass through their sovereign territory.
But Syria is controlled by a Russian puppet.

This is all about the EU
That’s Europes problem. The price is the price. Why are we spending time, money, and potential lives, and resources on keeping their oil prices low?

How disgusting.

Gipper, it's been a militaristic, imperialistic nation since WWII. You don't need the biggest most epensive military in the world for defense purposes. And no nation that has ever possess the biggest baddest army in the world has every done anything with it but use it in and imperialistic fashion. Not the Greeks, the Romans, the British, the Germans, or the Russians.

The Romans were ultimately bankrupted by their armies, and the promise of an acre of land for each retiring centurion. The USA is currently being bankrupted by the cost of maintaining the largest military in history, and the costs of the promises made to those who have served in 18 years of continuous warfare.

Agree.

History tells us a nation constantly at war, enslaves it’s people at home. We are witnessing this this occur as we speak.

US Forces Destroy Syrian Oil While Enforcing Sanctions

The U.S. military attacked three Syrian oil tankers, destroying all and killing four of their drivers. The tankers were carrying Syrian oil, pumped from Syrian oil wells, and driving on Syrian territory. The U.S. justified the attack and murders while enforcing the U.S. sanctions against Syria, which prohibit the purchase or importation of any oil. The oil was pumped from Syrian oil wells under the occupation of the U.S. ally in Syria and then sold to the Syrian government, for the needs of the civilians in the regions under Syrian control.

The far North East corner of Syria has been under occupation by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), and made up of Syrian Kurds who turned against their own country, and are working as mercenaries of the U. S. military. The region they are occupying by military force while subjugating the civilians who are forced to live under their rule is the location of major Syrian oil wells, which had provided the domestic needs of Syria for decades. The fighters are ethnically Kurds, which is a minority in Syria. The area they occupy is not predominantly Kurdish, as the majority of the population is Syrian Arabsand Syrian Christians. In an effort to establish a homeland on land which does not belong to them, they put their trust in America, who promised that if they fought ISIS in Reqaa, then the U.S. would support their establishing a Kurdistan in Syria, and breaking up Syria, which was a strategic goal for the U.S.: divide and conquer.

The Syrian civilians are living under an international economic siege, which is causing the suffering of unarmed civilians who are trying to survive, with hopes of recovery. The war is over, but economic recovery cannot begin due to the sanctions imposed by the richest western nations on the survivors of eight years of conflict which has killed up to 500,000 and has displaced millions. “I thought if we resisted the terrorists, we would be rewarded with improved conditions, but it looks like defeating the terrorists has caused America and Europe to punish us,” said an Aleppo shopkeeper.

Three ships and four deaths, one must have been a trainee I suspect. I guess this politician was right.

I’m leaning toward just pulling back home and letting the world burn. No NATO, no troops helping other countries, military on our border after a clean sweep of illegals. Then stand back and see what happens.

As long as you have the men and the weapons, your leaders will find a pretext to use them.

The rest of us HAVE been doing it without you. Notice that all of the wars you’ve been involved in involve the US beating up on smaller, less developed nations, and getting NOTHING out of these incursions.

Notice your NATO Allies had the good sense to avoid these wastes of blood and treasure.

Imagine if you had spent all those billions you wasted on these wars on education, infrastructure and healthcare for your people, like the rest of us did.

They seem to think so. Actually they don’t. They know they’re screwed without us taking care of their defense. Think of Kuwait Times 50. Oil supplies alone will cripple them. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for it. It’s just not going to be the unicorn land the left thinks it will be.

Your premise is without US hegemony, the world will turn to warring on each other 50 times Kuwait. I don’t think this premise is accurate, but it is one many Americans have been trained to believe.
